This is the festival in which there is no specific character is there like in others. I mean the friendship can be between any living being like between neighbours, between class mates, between father and son, between shop keeper and his regular customer, between school van driver and school kid, between any of living being. So, we celebrate or not but we all are the part of this beautiful and pleasing word that is FRIENDSHIP.

FRIENDSHIP, how much pleasure gives this word to us. The word which have so much affection, fondness, aspiration, plans, expectations, hopes, peace, memories, sharing, gossips, talks, Fun. Yes, all these belongings are not for this word but for those who is attached with this word. It is obvious that there should not be only the one day for the celebration of friendship, but it is the representation or rendering of your friend’s importance in your life and it’s a reminder to them that they matters In your life.

OLD TALES ABOUT THE FESTIVAL(FRIENDSHIP DAY) :-

This festival is belongs from JOYCE HALL, the founder of the company HALLMARK CARDS in 1930. It’s the time when people celebrates their friendship by holiday celebrations.

The idea of world friendship day raised on 20july,1958 by DR. RAMON ARTEMIO BARCHO during a dinner with his friends in a town of River Paraguay.

Out of his meeting of friends, the world friendship campaign was born. Globally in some countries it is celebrated on 30^th July. In our country it is celebrated on 1^st Sunday of august month.

CELEBRATIONS:-

Well, there is no specific thing to do in celebration of this day. People do parties on this day with their friends. Some gives presents to each other. Some ties friendship belts. Yes, it is apparent that people celebrates this festival in their own way but the fact is directly or indirectly they shows their friend that they all have importance in each other life.

यह त्योहार 1930 में कंपनी HALLMARK CARDS के संस्थापक जॉइस हॉल से संबंधित है। यह वह समय है जब लोग छुट्टी मनाने से अपनी दोस्ती का जश्न मनाते हैं।

विश्व मित्रता दिवस का विचार 20july, 1958 को DR RAMON ARTEMIO BARCHO द्वारा उठाया गया। एक नदी के किनारे परागू में अपने दोस्तों के साथ डिनर के दौरान ।

उनके मित्रों की बैठक से, विश्व मैत्री अभियान का जन्म हुआ। कुछ देशों में विश्व स्तर पर इसे 30 जुलाई को मनाया जाता है। हमारे देश में इसे अगस्त महीने के 1 रविवार को मनाया जाता है।

लोग इस दिन अपने दोस्तों के साथ पार्टी करते हैं। कुछ एक-दूसरे को उपहार देते हैं। हां, यह स्पष्ट है कि लोग इस त्योहार को अपने तरीके से मनाते हैं लेकिन यह तथ्य प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से वे अपने दोस्त को दिखाते हैं कि वे सभी एक दूसरे के जीवन में महत्व रखते हैं।
